ARE THE CRYSTALS REAL?

My gemstone work is sold as seen in the photos. All the crystals are real. I purchase the stones I use at a

reasonable price when I find them on sale so that I can keep the costs down and the price uniform.

WHAT ARE THE SIZES OF THE TREE RINGS AND TREES ON BASE?

The rings are approximately 5" round and the trees are 3-dimensional (the gemstones are made to protrude from the piece To give a 3-D effect). All of the outer rings are made of a strong metal for hanging. They do not come with

hooks to hang as you can just hang them from the ring, put on a suction cup in a window or hung from a chain

or fishing wire.  The gemstone trees in base are all different sizes, usually about 6-7 inches tall.

 These pieces are NOT meant to be displayed outdoors (because of the wire used). If you want something 

to be displayed OUTSIDE please specify as I will need to use floral wire, and this will limit colors significantly. 

All trees can be customized:

Different colored wires are available (teal, navy, burgundy, dark green, light green, many shades of purple,

silver, gold, brown, cream, white, orange, red, multi colored-each strand is a different color). 

Different colored rings are also sometimes available (black, white, silver or gold)

 

​WHAT  IS  ALSO  CUSTOMIZABLE?

CRYSTAL PIECES:  I can create a custom crystal product quickly (especially if I have the product on hand). I can create a specific stone with a specific wire color, or a combination of stones. For example 2 stones for a wedding or shower gift; all the birth stones of the grandchildren for a birthday gift; or all the birthstones of a women's children for a mother's day gift. I can create multiples of any piece (the colors will be basically the same-but remember, every stone is unique, so every tree will be unique).  I can create crystal trees according to astrological symbols as well.  I am not always able to get the same base for the trees in base. I don't always have the base seen in the photos BUT have other bases that can be used. 

SOMETIMES I am at the mercy of overseas shipping with certain gemstones (when I need to order product) and they are sometimes delayed up to 6 weeks. I will let you know upfront if I need to order product from overseas + creation time + shipping to your door.  Also, some stones will cause the price of your custom order to go up because of their rarity.

I am willing to work with you regarding reasonable requests. 

Please clean your stones properly (look up your stone-they are all cleaned differently) and charge them regularly.

MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE ART:

The 3-D art is created with modeling paste and the image will have a slight protrusion off the canvas.

There will be cracks and inconsistencies as is the style of the painting to look weathered and worn.

Where it specifies that a piece is “aged” it means they are stained to look older. 

CUSTOMIZABLE  ART:

  Some art on canvas can be reproduced in the same colors (with slight variations) or in different custom colors. The 3-D art is created with stencils, I do not always have the stencils in multiple sizes, so some of the art can be reproduced in varying colors, they might not be able to be reproduced in different sizes. I have several hundred stencils on hand, or can find them readily (or make them on my stencil maker). Please contact me for options, they are too many to mention!!

MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE SUNCATCHERS:

I can create a custom suncatchers or plant stakes quickly (especially if I have the product on hand). Since the intent

is to hang these outdoors, a specific wire will need to used, which significantly reduces the color of the wire used.

The beads I use, however, come in a huge variety.  Again, please contact me to discuss options.
